Over the years, Francene served the Tiny Tot community from the ground up—working in every role imaginable, from teacher's assistant and bus driver, all the way to Board Member and Assistant Director.

Francene holds a B.A. in Psychology from Smith College and an M.S. in Human and Family Studies from Penn State University.
